How do I access my storage unit?
Once you have completed the rental process you will receive an email/text with the combination code to the lock that is on your unit. At that point you can access your unit and keep the lock to use. 

Do I need my own lock?
NO, the lock on the unit is your to use while renting from us.  Upon move out just place in drop box and you will be refunded. 

How do I pay for my unit?
Once you rent a unit you can choose to sign up for automatic payments using a credit or debit card from VISA, Master Card or Discover.  You can also set up payment from your bank account via ACH.

Do I have 24/7 access to my storage unit?
Yes, our facility allows 24/7 access to the units.

Can I use the storage unit as a work space?
NO.  The units are meant for storage only.

What is the late fee policy?
A $20 late fee will be applied to any unpaid storage unit after the 5th of the month.

Is a deposit required on the unit?
Yes, you will need to pay a security deposit equal to one months rent.  This deposit will be returned to you in the month AFTER your final month of tenancy provided you have submitted the required 15 day written notice to vacate, and the unit is broom swept and completely cleaned out with no signs of damage.

Are there specific items that I can not store in my unit?
Yes, the following items are prohibited: Perishable goods, live or dead animals, flammable materials, explosives and propane tanks are among a few.

Do I need to notify you prior to move out?
Yes, we need no less than 15 day notification prior to move out.  Request move out can be done online through your Account Portal with us. 

Is the rent prorated upon move-outs or move-ins?
We  do prorate for move-ins from the day you sign the lease until the last day of the month. However we do not prorate the rental amount for move-outs. The total amount for the month will be due regardless of when you move out.

What if I have a red lock on my unit?
It means that payment has not been received for your unit.  Log into your account to check your balance, make a payment or update your payment method.  Once your account is up to date you will receive a text message or email containing a lock code.  Please place the red lock in the drop box located on side of building B45.



To maximize your storage unit space, use the vertical space of the unit by stacking items, making sure to keep heavier items at the bottom. Use pallets or some type of protective sheeting under cardboard boxes to keep them off the floor. Definitely make sure to fill your boxes completely to keep them from being uneven.

More Storage Tips For Your Items

- Use newspaper, bubble wrap or other types of protection for fragile items.
- Use empty spaces in drawers and appliances for extra space. Drain appliances and clean them before storing.
- Keep space around the walls so you can access them better.
- Label boxes on all sides to easily locate them in the future, create inventory list of all items with pictures.
- Items that need accessed often, make sure to keep them near the door or have a good path to them.
- No combustible, flammable, hazardous or toxic materials can be stored.

How To Maximize Your Storage Space

- Store sofas/couches (except sofa-beds) on end for more space.
- Use pads/covers to protect mattresses and furniture.
- Protect mirrors/pictures by wrapping with paper pads or use mirror boxes.
- Don't store mirrors/pictures flat.
- Disassemble tables and shelves then store on their sides.
- Wrap and mark all pieces for easier re-assembly.
- Seal boxes completely with packing tape to keep out dust.
- Pack closely to prevent collapsing when stacked.
- Keep refrigerator and freezer doors slightly ajar and clean before storing.
- Use inside space of appliances for extra storage.
